How to order (International shipping)

Thank you very much for visiting our online shop.
We currently ship internationally the crafts on our website to some of the countries.Please read the"Terms of Service" before purchasing.
We are planinng to gradually increase the number of overseas shipping areas.
Terms and Conditions
◆Basic Rules on Delivery
Please note that there are limitations on the crafts that can be shipped overseas and on the areas of delivery.
TOMO is not responsible for any import duties or duties imposed by the importing country for transportation outside Japan.
Shipping cost includes handling fee and insurance.The customer is resposible for all cross-border custom duties and taxes.
Since we thorughly inspect the crafts before shipping,we cannot accept returns expect for defects that render it impossible to use the crafts.
◆Handmade works in stock
The works are slightly different individually because they are all handmade.
Due to the time difference,the products in our online shop may be out of stock.In some case,we will cancel.
◆Plase an order
To complete your shopping,you place the items and quanitty you want to purchase and click "Add to Cart".
Next you proceed to "Checkout".
Please confirm your name,phone number,shipping address and put your payment information.You will receive an automatic confirmation mail stating the contents of the order and the shipping charge.
Shipping cost are determined by the weight demensions of the items in the order.Shipping cost includes handling fee and insurance.
TOMO packs and ships each order within 7business days of purchase. International deliveries by Express Mail Service(EMS) take 7 to 10 days.
◆Delivery accident/Return and refound policy
Returns are possible only in the result of damaged,or defective marchandise.After receiving the works that you orderd, please check them and if you find any damage or defectiveness.Please take a picture of the damege and let us know by email within 3 days.These items will be replaced with the similar item if we can get a replacement or will be refound,any other retuns will be handled on a case by case basis.

As for the return and delivery accident, please refer to the relevant sections.
10) We are neither resposible for the delivery delay of our crafts nor for the impossibility of the delivery of our crafts on the grounds beyond our control (including, but not limited to, laws, regulations, rules, governmental acts, food, fire, earthquake, war, rebellion, revolution, riot, strike and lockout).

12) In the event that any provision of our Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, such unenforcrability or invalidity shall not render our Terms and conditions unenforceable or invalied as a whole, and, in such event, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalied provision within the limits of applicable law or court decisions.
13) Our failure to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable law shall not be construed to be a waiver of such provisions or of our right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.
14) Our Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of services provided by TOMO, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
