Teapot IROIRO L

This teapot was made at the Tokoname pottery studio “Hitomizu” in Tokoname, Aichi Prefecture, using traditional techniques passed down through generations. With its generous 700 ml capacity, it can be used for a wide range of teas, and its versatility allows you to enjoy it in various ways.

The wide opening makes it easy to wash, while allowing the tea leaves to fully unfurl so you can enjoy the tea’s natural deliciousness. It is available in three colors, allowing you to choose your favorite.

※Tokoname teapots are made by firing the clay at high temperatures, leaving tiny invisible pores. Therefore, we recommend washing them by hand without using detergent after each use.The more you use it, the more it develops a beautiful luster and blends into your daily life. Please enjoy using it as a tool that grows with you.

※Because natural clay is used, patterns or white raised-looking marks may appear, but they will become less noticeable with use. Please enjoy these as part of the charm of earthenware. Fine, scratch-like marks may also be visible on the bottom and other areas, as these can occur during firing. Please understand that they are characteristic of pottery.
